Raid on Factory Producing Fake Branded Slippers Mumbai: A factory producing counterfeit slippers under the names of reputed brands was raided by Nehrunagar Police on Friday morning.
A large quantity of fake goods was seized, and the accused running the factory was arrested. The raid took place in Thakkar Bappa Colony area of Chembur, where many such slipper-manufacturing factories operate.
Subhash Bhatt was reportedly making fake slippers in the name of branded companies. After complaints from company employees, the police confiscated 500 pairs of slippers.
